• Known Items - locate items on the site

• Locating Conceptual Information

  • "Information about" questions

  • Vague rather than precise

  • Test how well you handle vocabulary

• Not on Site

  • Ask for items which don't exist on the site, but might

  • Ask for content which is beyond the scope of the site
