Coping with Zero Matches

• Page should have navigation, new search field

• Information on why no matches were found:

  • Topic is out of scope for the site

  • Vocabulary problems (right idea, wrong terms)

  • Spelling problems

  • Some requirements not met (+red +rose -beauty)

  • Syntax error (misuse of + or -, parentheses, etc.)

  • Server error

• Good example

• Bad example
